　　自我于XX年6月中旬到县委办工作以来，我迅速转变角色，适应环境，勤勤恳恳地做事，踏踏实实地做人，成功地完成了领导给我安排的各项工作。现就这一年的工作总结

　　一、主要工作

　　由于我刚从学校跨入社会，工作经验是一片空白，故我的工作实质上就是加强学习、熟悉环境、实现转型。就具体来看，我的工作主要是以下几个方面：

　　加强职业学习。上班以来，我的工作主要是学习，这个学习包括了两层涵义：其一，是加强职业理论学习。我到**来的首要工作就是学习**县委、县政府近年签发的各种宏观和微观文件，以资对**县政府的工作从宏观和微观两个层面有一定的了解和把握；其次是学习市、省、国务院的各类文件，将学校学习的市场经济理论、依法治国理论与地方实际情况相结合，实现理论地方化、观念现实化、思维实践化；其二，是学习经验。也就是学习办公室各位工作领导和各位工作伙伴在实际工作中处理“主、大、难”问题的方式、方法。

　　切实做好本职工作。作为信息科的成员，在这一年里，文字工作是我工作的重心。一年以来，我及时收集整理全县各乡镇、企事业单位的工作重点、热点，梳理起脉络，形成文字并及时向市委办公厅信息科报送相关信息，由其采编刊出在市委机关刊物《**信息》上，为**的下情上达建立了良好的沟通渠道。此外，一年来我共计承办县委机关刊物《**信息》5期，精选领导言论，关注部门动态，反映区乡镇工作，为领导的决策提供参考，为各项工作提供服务。在完成信息工作的同时，广泛开展主动深入的调研活动，参与了《关于**房地产现状的调查与思考》、《当前农村社保情况》等大型调研活动，完成了《关于创建学习型机关的思考》、《农村义务教育的现状及对策》、《关于农业产业化的调查》等调查报告，向上及时反映基层动态。在完成文字工作的同时，积极协助协办会务工作，参与了金溪电航枢纽工程开工庆典、县十四届人大会议等多个会议的会务工作和接待工作。

　　二、几点感悟重学习，提高素养。学习，是一个成长强大的不竭动力。我始终坚持不断学习，向书本学、向同志学、向实践学，学经验、学教训、学理论、学技能，努力提高自己的政治理论素质和业务技能。一是坚持系统学习马列主义、毛思想、邓理论和“三个代表”重要思想、“十六大”报告以及党中央、国务院、省、市重大决策和工作部署，以提高自己的政策理论水平；二是注意学习方法，坚持理论联系实际，做到学以致用。结合县域经济发展大局，正确把握改革发展稳定中存在的问题和应采取的对策进行分析研究，为领导决策提供高层次的智力服务。
